Service Description

Paint Overspray Removal Process: 1. Assessment and Preparation: Conduct an initial inspection to determine the extent of paint overspray. Implement safety measures, including turning off the solar panels and using PPE. 2. Chem-Tek Solution Application: Apply Chem-Tek solar panel cleaning paint removal solution to affected areas. Allow the solution to dwell, breaking down the paint. Gently wipe away the solution and loosened paint with a soft cloth. 3. Light Scraping Technique: For stubborn spots, use a round-edged razor window scraper. Lubricate the area with water to prevent scratches. Use a telescopic pole to reach difficult areas, applying light pressure to lift paint. 4. Final Rinse and Inspection: Rinse panels with clean water to remove residues. Conduct a final inspection to ensure all paint is removed and panels are in optimal condition. This method ensures effective paint removal while maintaining the integrity of the solar panels.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and unforeseen circumstances arise. At Solar-Klean, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and flexibility. This cancellation and rescheduling policy outlines our guidelines for managing changes to appointments. Cancellations: More than 72 hours notice: We appreciate notification as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not incur any fees. Within 72 hours of service: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled service will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This helps us cover the costs associated with preparing for your cleaning. Same-day or no-show: Cancellations made on the day of your scheduled service or if no one is present at the time of the appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Rescheduling: More than 48 hours notice: We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time if you notify us more than 48 hours in advance. There will be no charge for rescheduling under these circumstances. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new time request, but availability may be limited. Same-day or no-show: Rescheduling requests made on the day of your scheduled service or if no one is present at the time of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same fees outlined above. Payment: Cancellation and rescheduling fees will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and uncontrollable circumstances can sometimes occur. If you need to cancel due to an unexpected event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you and waive any cancellation fees if the circumstances warrant.
